Returns & Exchange Information

1. Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All tags and original packaging must be included.


2. Return Address

Please write the full return address clearly on the outside of the package:
(Adress can be found on the return form which you can find inside your package)
Make sure the address is easy to read and not covered by tape or labels.


3. Register Your Return

If you have any questions feel free to contact us at: skiv.moto@gmail.com.

Include the following in your message:

-Your order number
-A short explanation of the return
-Photos (if the item is damaged)


4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels unless:

-You received the wrong item
-The product arrived damaged or faulty


If we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and send further instructions.


5. Processing Time

Returns are usually processed within 7–10 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


6. Custom Items

Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom backprint designs) cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.


Important — Return Form

Please note that the Return Form includes the return address as well. This form must be printed, filled out, and placed inside the package along with the returned items. This helps us identify your order quickly and process your return faster.
